I have to say that our associate search was made so much easier through BridgeWay. We had been searching for the right fit for two of our three offices for quite some time. We had used a few temp agencies but it just seemed we weren’t getting the right players for our team and we were beginning to lose hope. Working with Christina from BridgeWay gave me some encouragement because it seemed they did some research to put the right associates that worked great with our teams. Christina found not just one but two associates within a matter of weeks for our two offices and I could finally get back to focusing on our offices instead of our search.
