At BridgeWay Practice Transitions, a transition is only successful if everyone is successful.
When working with us, we start off by providing a free practice appraisal so that we can come up with a transition plan that fits the needs of the seller. Then, we use our extensive pipeline of buyers and marketing channels to find the right buyer for the seller’s situation. Once a buyer is found, we will draft the initial Asset Purchase Agreement to be reviewed by both parties and their respective attorneys. After that we will go above and beyond to help all parties get to the finish line. There is little we won’t jump in to assist with. At the end, we strive to help our buyers realize the dream of practice ownership and our sellers to be able to move into the next chapter of their life, without looking back.
Communication is the cornerstone of our business model. We stay connected to all of our clients even if it is just to check in. We believe that a constant, open, communication is the only way for us to provide the best customer experience in the industry. Additionally, we do not lock our clients into a long-term contract. If you aren’t happy with the work we are doing, you can terminate your agreement at anytime with a 30-day notice. We do this because we know that once you list your practice with us, you won’t want to leave. We also don’t require you to pay anything until we actually sell your practice. No retainer, no consultation fee, nothing. You only pay us when we complete the job you hired us to do.
