Role & Responsibilities

The candidate would be responsible for working with dentists who are looking to purchase and/or sell dental practices. From sourcing new leads, to showing practices and handling closings, this role is all encompassing. The learning curve is steep and the sales cycle long, but management will be there to help you every step of the way. The job requires you to have an understanding of financial and legal concepts as well as an understanding of dentistry, which we can teach you. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls, build relationships, and make presentations to dentists
  • Attend tradeshows and other networking events to generate opportunities
  • Build a successful network of COIs in the territory and leverage those relationships
  • Understand financial and legal concepts to help guide clients
  • Enter information into and stay on top of the company CRM
  • Meet with prospective clients face to face and walk them through the process of a transition
  • Conduct cold marketing activities such as cold calls, cold emailing, cold walk-ins
  • Meet or exceed activity goals, lead goals, and sales goals
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that are the best for the client
  • Be available to show practices to perspective buyers after hours and on weekends
  • Answer the phone and respond to clients quickly in order to over serve
