We will have candidates to present your job opportunity to on day one. On any given day, we are working with hundreds of dentists looking for all kinds of positions. All of our associates have been screened and educated by our associate placement specialist and are serious about finding a new job. We do a lot of marketing to attract new candidates who are looking for dental associateships. I had a wonderful experience finding my new associate dentist through BridgeWay Practice Transitions. In desperation, I was using several companies at the same time.
