Full-time associate needed in a family-owned practice north of Columbus. This practice has 8 ops and new technology!  A competitive compensation plan is available (base salary guarantee at $600-800/day (depending on experience) and a 30-35% net production-based pay–whichever is greater). Sign-On Bonus from $3,000 to $8,000 depending on experience. Associates are eligible to earn equity in the practice. Some benefits include relocation assistance, health insurance, dental care, CE reimbursement, malpractice premium reimbursements, vacation, and more. Lab costs will be covered by the owner. There’s an EFDA, 3 dental assistants, and 2 admin staff to help the associate perform at their best.  New graduates will be considered.
