I had a wonderful experience finding my new associate dentist through BridgeWay Practice Transitions.  In desperation, I was using several companies at the same time.  BridgeWay is the only one that gave me several viable candidates that were actually interested in the position.  Another company just threw loads of resumes at me of doctors that were not even interested in working in my area.  BridgeWay did all of the leg work and made finding my new associate a breeze.  For each candidate, my Associate Placement Specialist, Christina Pollick, set up a phone interview and a follow-up in person interview.  All were very qualified candidates and good fits for my position.  She followed up with the candidate and myself after each interview to answer questions and facilitate the process.  I made my choice, and I could not be happier with the result.
