I have, in my professional life, worked with many dental placement agencies, but this is the best and the most memorable one. Except for Bridgeway, I always felt rushed to take a position even if it was not a right fit for me and the employer.  However, working with BridgeWay, I felt that they care about it being the best situation for the future employer and employee.
